Keeping the Faith

This is my designated month to be thankful for true friends! I know many of you have friends that you can count on, no matter what is going on in your life. The last several months I have taken advantage of friends in prayer groups, without questions asked, and I am thankful. I’ve been blessed to be included in the prayers of so many wonderful people. Those of us who believe, know how prayer can change any situation. It saddens me to think of people who don’t have that faith. Faith is what gets you up in the morning and keeps you going. Faith is knowing your are never alone, no matter how much it may feel like it at times. Faith is what keeps you from giving up and giving in. To my friends going through difficult times, it may sound trite, but I always encourage them to keep the faith. Faith is what we are.

      Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your lovely note! Whispering Pines is my most current trilogy, and it is currently available in large print. I just received an email that informed me the second novel in the trilogy, Return to Whispering Pines will be in large print later this year. My novel, Christmas at Dove Creek is also available in large print on several sites.

I am working on another trilogy, but of course, my publisher, Kensington Books, is the one who makes the decisions on what will go to print. I encourage readers to let the publishers know what they enjoy.

It is so nice to hear from readers like you. It makes the long hours in front of a computer screen so worthwhile. I appreciate that you took the time to let me know you enjoyed the series. I’ll have to say, Colt McBride was one of my favorite characters. It’s difficult to beat him.

      Kind regards,
      Scarlett
